Follow the yellow mortarboard signs to the entrance to the university campus.

Once on campus take the first left and follow the road around to the student halls of residence Rosser, Trefloyne and Cwrt Mawr.

For those arriving on Friday 20^th July only please go to Cwrt Mawr Reception to collect your keys. There will be someone there from 3pm-5pm and after this time please use the phone there to ask a porter to come and issue you with your key.

For those arriving on Saturday 21^st July - Please park near your accommodation and then walk to the Students Union Events Centre to collect your Event registration pack and keys. You will receive a parking permit in your registration pack. Event registration will be open from 10.00am until 7.00pm.

You will be allocated one key per room booked. This key opens the door into the block, the flat and your room. There is a charge of £30 + VAT for a lost key. The Porters Lodge is open 24/7. There is an emergency phone in each flat to phone the Porters Lodge.

Please leave the flats as you have found them.

Keys are to be returned to the Cwrt Mawr reception at the end of your stay. Please use the phone there to phone for a porter if no one is present. Please could those who have booked a whole flat return your keys for the whole flat in an envelope.

Self catered accommodation will have the following on guest arrival:

• Bed to be made up with one bath towel and soap.
• Information pack to be located in each kitchen.
• Toilet roll in en-suite (Rosser) and all bathrooms.
• Kitchens to be equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, cups, plates and dishes.
• Tea/coffee/sugar/milk jiggers to be provided in each kitchen.
• Washing up liquid and x1 tea towel.

WiFi is available in the halls of residence Rosser, Trefloyne and Cwrt Mawr and residents will be issued with the access code with their room keys. Wifi is available in Penbryn Ta Med Da restaurant - code available from reception on request. Wifi is also available in the Arts Centre - code available on request.

Food and Drink
Tamed Da is the main restaurant on the left just after the porters lodge. Ta med Bach is the coffee and sandwich bar located inside Tamed Da. The Underground is a café in the lower ground floor of the student union where the event centre is located and IBERbach is a coffee shop on the lower western part of the campus on the west side of the IBERS building.

Opening Times

There are also cafes and bars on each floor of the Arts Centre opposite the Student Union building .

Brynamlwg Tavern is open each lunch time and evening and is between the Student Union and Penglais school campsite.

The Student Union shop based within the Student Union event centre is open daily for basic supplies.
