Aberystwyth is located on the West coast of Wales and may be approached directly by road and rail, and indirectly by air.
- By road - Aberystwyth is at the western end of the A44.
- By rail - The nearest station is Aberystwyth station more info available from The TrainLine and National Rail, there is a direct service from Birmingham International Airport.
- By plane - The nearest airports are Birmingham, Cardiff and Bristol.
The railway and bus station are adjacent to each other and less than 1.5km from event centre, there is a regular daytime direct bus service between them as well as to many other destinations.

It is our intention to provide bus transport from the University to each day's orienteering venue.
