The event campsite is situated in the grounds of Penglais School which is adjacent to the Aberystwyth University Campus where the event centre is located (500m). Parts of the Urban race on Day 6 may use the area too!
The campsite offers basic facilities with tents accommodated on level playing fields with a Quiet, Youth and Family area to choose from. In order to create as safe an environment as possible, vehicles will not be allowed on the playing fields but will be able to park in the adjacent school carparks. Campervans and Caravans will be accommodated on a level tarmac tennis courts.
Please enter by the main northern entrance and exit by the western entrance.
We regret that dogs are not allowed on the site.
Access to the school sports hall showers and toilets will be available from 7am - 10am and 4pm - 8pm each day. Portaloos will also be available on site.
Basic washing up sinks are provided adjacent to the sports hall where there is there is also a water supply.
Those not staying in Aberystwyth University Accommodation may purchase a pass to use the Aberystwyth University Sports Centre facilities for £10.60 which will allow unlimited access to the pool and gym.
The Ta Med Da Self Service Restaurant on the University Campus (500m) will be open from 7.00-9.30am and from 4.30pm - 7.30pm. The underground café in the Students Union is open from 7.30pm-10.00pm serving snacks. Breakfast can be prebooked.
