Times allow for walking to and from assembly and on to the starts, preparation at assembly, run time and recovery.
NB. Day 1 travel time includes an extra 30 minutes to allow for queues at the Glandyfi roadworks
Unfortunately, due to limitations with access, bus drop-offs and pick-ups are not always as close to assembly as would be ideal.
Take care on Day 1 where there is a short walk up a track shared with incoming / outgoing competitor cars.
Further up the path goes through a strimmed section in a hay field. Please keep to the strimmed section!
On Days 4 and 5 please make sure that buses can fill up to maximum (seated) when they reach Pontrhydyfendigaid because they will take on board there as many campervanners as possible.
NB If anyone changes plans either before or during an event they should let enquiries or myself know. ie If someone gets a lift back from an event with friends, I need to know to avoid holding up the bus group's return.
