Dogs

Dogs will be allowed in car parks on leads.
They will also be allowed on leads in assembly areas subject to permission from individual landowners. We are seeking such permission and will post details here in due course.
Camping is on a school playing field and so we regret that dogs will not be allowed on the campsite.

Car parking and permits

Car parking is perhaps the biggest challenge for any major orienteering event. Please share transport to individual day events wherever possible.
Permits are allocated to the paying competitor, not to a particular car. So those wanting to share transport to individual day events can, if they wish, transfer a permit between cars and travel by different vehicles on different days.

Scoring System

Times for each day will be converted to points and each runner's best four points' sum will give their overall total for the event. Further details here.
